The FX30 can record UHD 4K video at frame rates up to 120p, making it possible to capture smooth slow-motion footage for sports, music videos, documentaries, commercial projects, and creative productions.

Internal 10-bit 4:2:2 recording preserves significantly more color information than conventional 8-bit recording, providing greater flexibility when adjusting exposure, color, and skin tones in post-production.

High-frame-rate recording may apply an additional image crop and require high-performance memory media.

S-Cinetone provides a refined cinematic appearance with pleasing skin tones and natural highlight reproduction directly from the camera. For productions requiring more extensive color grading, S-Log3 provides more than 14 stops of dynamic range under suitable conditions.

Cine EI and Cine EI Quick modes support professional exposure workflows, while custom LUTs can be imported into the camera for monitoring or recorded directly into the footage when a finished look is needed quickly.
